Terms of Service

By using thecoachcortez.com, purchasing any EVT program, or joining any EVT service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

Results Disclaimer

The results stated on this site and in testimonials are specific to the individuals shown and are not guaranteed. Individual results will vary based on factors including but not limited to: athletic background, current fitness level, age, genetics, consistency with the program, nutrition, sleep, and other lifestyle factors. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Any performance claims (including but not limited to 40-yard dash improvements, vertical jump gains, and playing time increases) are based on individual athlete experiences and should not be interpreted as typical results.

Medical Disclaimer

This program is designed for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. By participating in EVT, you agree that you do so at your own risk. Coach Cortez and Explosive Velocity Training assume no responsibility for any injuries or health conditions that may result from following this program. If you experience any pain or difficulty with the exercises, stop immediately and consult your healthcare provider.

Refund Policy

EVT offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund. Refund requests should be directed to joseph@thecoachcortez.net.

EVT VIP Membership

EVT VIP is a monthly membership at $49 per month. New members receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

After the 14-day trial, your payment method will be automatically charged $49. Your membership will then renew at $49 per month on the same date each month until you cancel.

You can cancel your EVT VIP membership at any time by logging into your account at thecoachcortez.com/my-account, going to your Subscriptions, and selecting Cancel. You can also cancel by emailing joseph@thecoachcortez.net. If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after being charged, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property contained in the EVT program are owned by Joseph Cortez / Coach Cortez and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of program materials is strictly prohibited.

Text Messages

When you opt in to text messages from Coach Cortez, you may receive messages related to your application status and training programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Use of Our Site

You agree to use thecoachcortez.com and all EVT services for lawful purposes only. You will not attempt to copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any EVT program content, training materials, or proprietary methods.

Athletes Under 18

Many of our athletes are high school students. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian is aware of and consents to your use of our services and programs. Our EVT Elite application requires a parent to be present and involved.

Limitation of Liability

EVT and Coach Cortez provide training programs and coaching for educational purposes. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that result from following our programs. You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your training decisions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top. Continued use of our site and services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
